Always had a great experience with Jeremy and his staff. Has anybody ever thought with the swollen demand and reduced supply that you will get your parts and such when they become available?
How many call/emails do you think these dealers are working with? The company and products have been exactly what I expected, GREAT! Great products and great customer service. Establish a relationship with people you want to deal with.
Think about if you have someone complaining to you everyday? WOuld you be as likely to give a stranger who complains everyday about what you do bad, a great deal of customer service?
